To get started, it’s as easy as reaching out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. In this time I will get to learn more about you and what you are wanting to get out of therapy. This will help me determine if I think I will be able to help and if we feel that we are a good fit. After this first call we will schedule a time to meet for a full intake session where I will learn about you in more detail so that we can determine a personalized treatment plan.

“Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges” Under the No Surprises Act
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises

In the first session we will review your developmental and psychological history that you provided via paperwork. We will discuss in more detail what brings you in to therapy and what you are hoping to accomplish.
We will begin to plan what we will focus on in treatment and how we will accomplish those goals.
I can also answer any questions that you have about my training and background.
Typically, it takes around three sessions for us to determine if we feel we are a good therapeutic match. It’s important that we both feel we can work well together.
